This should take care of LiteRunner-LX support.  Hurricane-LX will
follow soon (I hope).

Add support for LiPPERT Cool LiteRunner-LX (PC/104 board with AMD
Geode-LX, CS5536, ITE IT8712F), based on very similar SpaceRunner-LX.

I used svn cp to copy the spacerunner-lx directory first, to make the
diff smaller and keep the history intact.
